General Storage Questions

Drive-up storage units are located on the ground level and have exterior access. They provide maximum convenience for storing large or heavy items. Featuring roll-up garage-style doors, these units are highly recommended for businesses or individuals who require easy access to their possessions

Lifts or freight elevators are designed specifically for transporting your belongings. Facilities equipped with these lifts enable customers to easily move items between different levels. However, customers are not allowed to ride in the lift during use.

Roll-up doors are garage-style doors that roll up into the storage unit instead of opening outward. This design provides easier access, particularly for large or bulky items. However, stacking boxes too high may result in them being knocked over by the door. It's crucial to account for the door's height when organizing your unit and to avoid overstacking boxes.

Indoor storage units are situated within a building, meaning you must enter the facility to access your unit. In contrast, outdoor storage units are typically on the ground level and provide easy access without requiring entry into a building. Each type of unit has its own advantages, catering to the varying needs of different individuals.
